  1. How are chiropractic and colon cleansing bad? They're basic medical procedures not quackery. Admittedly they can be uncomfortable and even painful, but oftentimes they're necessary. Unlike, say, faith healing and Chinese herbal medicines.

  2. No, they're definite quackery. Colon Cleansing is listed here in the sense of the removal of 'toxins' and the like, not as in someone requiring their bowels cleaned for an actual medical reason.

    Chiropractic goes hand in hand with alternative medicine. Some chiropractic procedures may have actual benefits, but it's no more than a massage in most cases. And if you hear the word 'subluxation', you know they're a quack.
